Terms of Service
1. Scope of Services
FlowLogix.ai ("we", "us") provides custom business process automation services. The specific scope of work, including deliverables, timelines, and milestones, will be defined in a master services agreement (MSA) or statement of work (SOW) for each project. These terms govern the general use of our platform and services.
2. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
We are committed to reliability. For our Support & Maintenance tier clients, we adhere to defined SLAs regarding system uptime (99.9% target) and incident response times. Credits may be issued for failure to meet these standards as detailed in your specific service contract.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Any custom automation logic, scripts, or adapters built specifically for your business processes are assigned to you upon full payment. FlowLogix.ai retains ownership of our underlying platform framework, reusable components, and general automation libraries used to deliver the service.
4. Liability Limitation
While we strive for perfection, automation software is complex. FlowLogix.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our automation services, except where prohibited by law.
